Participants write a supportive message to another mother in the community, offering reassurance, encouragement, or kindness.

All interactions must be respectful, kind, and non-judgmental. Sharing is voluntary, and participants should engage only to their comfort level. The space prioritizes emotional safety over comparison or advice-giving.
